Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking information. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
